I sent a message online Sunday, The doctors phoned me Monday morning, they were very concerned and I was given an appointment within 20 mins, you can’t get a better service than that!

Nothing! I couldn’t have had better care

Staff is very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful

They cancelled my appointment for 10 min late and i am a disabled person

Went for advice and support re: poss adhd referral for 15 year old son, struggling with mental health issues. Felt dismissed, sent away with a few websites. Told the school had to do the referral, even if that’s the case, very much made to feel like I was one of THOSE mothers.

Listened a bit more, have been a bit more sympathetic towards a struggling teenager

I had minor surgery with Dr Patel and nurse Teresa. Both put me at ease and we’re very calming during the procedure. I saw Teresa again a week later when I had my stitches removed. She was very gentle and reassuring. I previously saw Teresa to have staples removed after a knee replacement. She was very kind and gentle then too and is an asset to the surgery.

The receptionist on duty today was so inhumane and totally lacks compassion.

Reiterate the importance of empathetic care within the practice especially receptionists.
